I am currently out-of-network with all insurance providers. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. I am actively working to get paneled with BCBS PPO, Aetna, United Healthcare Optum, and Cigna.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what you’d like to work on, and how therapy can best support you moving forward.
At this time, I only offer teletherapy sessions.
Absolutely. What you share in sessions stays private, unless there are serious concerns about your safety, the safety of others, or if I get subponeoed by a judge. You can view my HIPAA policy here:
Sessions run for about 53 minutes. The frequency of appointments can be weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed — we’ll decide together based on your goals.
Finding the right therapist is important. I always say, let's give it 3 sessions to see if we connect well. If not, I’m happy to recommend other professionals who might suit your needs.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as this time is set aside just for you. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
