In addition to my therapy practice, I have experience facilitating groups and currently serve as an adjunct professor at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. I enjoy facilitating workshops and supervising future generations of social workers and therapists.
Workshops
Schools: I provide workshops for students and teachers aimed at enhancing mental well-being within schools. These workshops may cover mindfulness practices, emotional techniques, and suicide awareness, among other essential topics.

Workplace: I provide workshops for employers wanting to increase their employees overall quality of life. These workshops will cover healthy boundaries in the workplace, self-care, and mindfulness, among other essential topics.

Supervision
I offer private supervision to professionals in Illinois with their MSW looking to complete hours needed to obtain their full licensure.

Supervision is broken up monthly into two individual hours and two group hours (maximum of 5 group members)
​
Supervision can be held in my office space in LaSalle County or via Google Meet.
Rates: $80 per individual hour/$60 per group hour.
